The HPNA’s Board of Directors is responsible for the management and control of the business, property, and affairs of the Corporation and may exercise all powers, rights, and privileges of the Corporation and do all acts that may be done by the Corporation that are not otherwise expressly prohibited by law, the AOI, or these Bylaws.
